Product Card

Displays product image, codename, name, price, type, and grade. Hover reveals a Quick View button and animated arrow. Compare toggle button available on each card.

Quick View Modal

View product specs, select a size, and add to cart without navigating away from the collection.

Product Detail Page

Full product page with image gallery (primary + up to 4 additional images with drag-to-reorder), thumbnail navigation, technical specs, safety ratings, materials, features list, size selector with SKU/price per size, and add-to-cart.

Size Guide Modal

Type-specific and grade-specific sizing tables with US/EU/UK/inch/centimeter columns and a "how to measure" guide.

Product Comparison

Compare up to 4 products side-by-side with spec bars, difference highlighting, and badges for Best Value, Lightest, and Most Sizes.

Material Ticker

Animated horizontal ticker displaying materials/brand taglines in the footer.

Cart

Add, update quantity, and remove items. Displays subtotal and item count in nav badge.

Employee Benefit Integration

At checkout, the system automatically applies the employee's remaining benefit allowance, showing how much is covered vs. charged to personal card.

Stripe Checkout

Secure Stripe-hosted payment for amounts exceeding the benefit allowance. Free orders bypass Stripe entirely.

Address Book

Save, edit, and manage multiple shipping addresses. Select saved addresses at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Purchase history recorded, benefit allowance decremented, cart cleared, and next reset date calculated on successful order.

Employee Login

Separate login portal for employees using email or username + password. Session stored in localStorage. Forgot password flow via SMS code.

My Benefits Page

Employees view their allowance, amount used, remaining balance, progress bar, last purchase date, and next reset date.

Purchase History

Full order history with expandable invoice details showing items, quantities, prices, and totals.

Invoice Actions

Print, email, or text invoices directly from purchase history. Archive/restore individual purchases.

Tenure-Based Allowances

Programs support different allowance amounts for new hires (< 1 year) vs. long-term employees (1+ years).

Protection Tier Restrictions

Employees can be limited to specific protection tiers (via job title or individual override), filtering available products accordingly.

Job Title Tier Restrictions

Job titles within a program can have allowed protection tiers assigned, automatically applied when an employee with that job title is enrolled.

Program Product Restrictions

Benefit programs can restrict which products are available and which classifications (footwear, apparel, accessories) are allowed.

Separate Allowance Model

Programs can be configured with separate allowance amounts per classification (footwear, apparel, accessories) instead of a single combined allowance.

Rolling Reset Period

Benefit resets X months after the last purchase date (configurable per program).

Benefits Dashboard

Overview stats: total employees, budget allocated, amount used, programs. Charts showing utilization by department and program.

Benefit Programs

Create and configure programs with name, logo, brand color, benefit model (combined/separate), allowance amounts, reset period, tenure-based amounts, admin notification email, default margin %, allowed classifications, and included products.

Employee Benefit Records

Assign programs to employees, set individual overrides, track status (active/inactive/exhausted), add timestamped notes, manage allowed tiers.

Job Titles

Define job titles per program with optional protection tier restrictions. When assigning benefits, select a job title to auto-apply tier rules.

Bulk Import

Import employee records from CSV or Excel files directly into the system with template download.

Multi-Classification Support

Products support three classifications: Footwear (sizes, widths, SKUs), Apparel (clothing sizes, lengths, fit, care instructions), and Accessories (accessory sizes, accessory type). Each has a tailored form UI.

Add Product

Full product creation form: name, style number, description, price/MAP/cost, classification, type, brand, protection tier, gender, grade, weight, materials, features, sizes with SKUs, widths, safety ratings, safety tag, featured/in-stock toggles.

Import from Vendor URL

Paste any vendor product URL and the AI will auto-fill product details including name, description, price, materials, features, weight, sizes, and image. Supported for any domain added to the Allowed Import Domains list.

Import from Comp Site

Dedicated import page for bulk-importing products by item number or search URL from a competitor/comparison site. Supports dry-run preview and background job processing.

Image Management

Upload primary image and up to 4 additional images via file upload or URL. Drag-to-reorder additional images on the edit page.

Edit Product

Full edit page with all Add Product fields, bulk size/SKU/price/CSD import from Excel or CSV, drag-to-reorder features list, and product deletion. Refresh product data from source URL.

Product Audit Table

Spreadsheet-style table showing all products with inline editing for every field. Boolean fields toggle on click. AI-powered safety tag auditing and tier recommendation.

Safety Tag Builder

Click-to-toggle safety criteria buttons to build a concatenated safety tag (e.g. ASTM F2413-EH-SR). AI Scan button auto-detects applicable standards from product data.

AI Protection Tier Recommender

Analyzes safety ratings, features, and safety tag to recommend the correct protection tier with confidence level and reasoning.

Martin CSD Numbers

Assign Martin CSD numbers per size/width SKU. Manageable via the Manage Martin CSD Numbers page or inline on the Edit Product page.

Manage Footwear Types / Apparel Types / Accessory Types

Separate management pages for each classification type. Create, edit, activate/deactivate, and delete types with name and slug.

Manage Protection Tiers

Create, edit, and manage protection tiers with name, slug, classification, color, and associated safety criteria.

Manage Safety Criteria

Define the safety standards library (e.g. ASTM F2413, EH, SR, CAT 2) with sort order, classification, category, and descriptions. Used by the Safety Tag Builder and AI Scan.

Manage Grades

Create and manage product performance grades with classification and sort order.

Manage Brands

Create, edit, and manage brands with name, slug, logo, and color.

Customer Price Files

Define per-program customer prices for individual products. Supports bulk import from Excel, template download, and export. Prices can be calculated from cost markup or MSRP discount percentage.

Master Price File

Upload and manage a master pricing reference file (e.g. from a manufacturer). Supports Excel import with column mapping, bulk upsert, and filtered export.

Collapsible Sidebar Nav

Persistent left sidebar with logo, menu toggle, user menu (sign in/out), and cart badge. Expands to full overlay with grouped, collapsible nav sections.

Nav Config — Visibility

Super admins can toggle which nav items are visible per role (super_admin, martin_csr, admin, employee) from the Nav Config page.

Nav Config — Reorder

Drag-and-drop reordering of nav items within each subgroup. Order is saved to localStorage and applied on every page load.

User Authentication

Built-in login/logout via Base44 auth. Admin users have access to all management pages. Employee users have a separate login flow.

Home Page

Program-aware home page showing the employee's benefit program, featured products, allowance stats, and quick links.

Brand info, navigation links, contact details, and material ticker.

Theme Settings

Allowed Import Domains
