Full Employee Sync
Smart upsert sync — adds new employees to SlickText and updates existing contacts only when their data has changed. Skips unchanged records to conserve API usage.
What this does
- Loads all active employees with a cell phone
- Creates new contacts in SlickText for employees not yet there
- Updates existing contacts only if any tracked field changed
- Fields synced: first_name, last_name, email, program_number, program_name, employee_status, next_reset_date, reset_less_than_30, opt_in_status, last_footwear_purchase_date, last_footwear_item_name, last_footwear_item_size, last_footwear_style_number, footwear_benefit_remaining
- Skips unchanged contacts to conserve API calls
- Returns a summary of created, updated, skipped, and errored contacts
Program Fields Sync
Updates program_number and program_name on existing SlickText contacts. Run this after bulk program changes or reassignments.
What this does
- Loads all employees with a cell phone number
- Matches them to existing contacts in SlickText
- Updates program_number, program_name, employee_status, next_reset_date, reset_less_than_30, last_footwear_purchase_date, last_footwear_item_name, last_footwear_item_size, last_footwear_style_number, footwear_benefit_remaining custom fields
- Returns a summary of updated, skipped, and errored contacts
